(This picture was taken this morning at 8:00 am)Yeap, today is Todd's birthday and his first birthday with Miss Emmry. Yesterday, Emmry and I went shopping for Todd's surprise cookout. We did everything together from getting the food to picking out the cake. She is the BEST buggie-rider. She loves it; smiling as I stroll her up and down the aisles. Sometimes she squeals with excitement.
We celebrated Todd's birthday yesterday because there were a few people who couldn't make it for his actual birthday. Todd had no idea. We drove around the corner to Todd's parents' house and there were a bunch of cars. Todd's eyes lit up and he realized what I had done for him. His party was filled with lots of family; Bill, Gayle, Jeff, Kim, Breanna, Eric, Chase, Alyssa, Me and Emmry. We cooked out, pigged out, ate very delicious cake and watched the Braves game on TV.
Since today was Todd's actual birthday, we just relaxed. Todd cut his parents' grass and then we went out to dinner to Steak-N-Steak. All in all and even though Todd HATES birthdays... it was a good TWO days and a good birthday!
